Advocating for "Indigent Adults"


We provide legal counsel for indigent adults in Adult Public Guardianship Program. The program contracts with legal business firms in the state to implement civil legal services for entitled citizens.
MLSP's contracted attorneys promote the needs and welfare of the adult population by advocating their wishes. Our attorneys also represent adults in cases to contest guardianship because the client has the ability to make responsible decisions on his or her own behalf.
